The Office of Farm to Fork is located within CDFA's Inspection Services Division.

Elysia Fong, RD

Elysia manages the Office and leads efforts to increase food access for all Californians and promote and improve the viability of California agriculture.

Nick Anicich

Nick serves as the main point of contact for the Office of Farm to Fork's California Farm to School Program and California Farmer Marketplace, communicating directly with farmers, food service directors, and the general public.

Sarah Hanson, MPH, MPP

Sarah manages Policy and Programs at the Office of Farm to Fork, working mainly on food insecurity programs, including the California Nutrition Incentive Program.

Irene Vera

Irene leads all contracts and budgeting projects within the Office of Farm to Fork.

Elisa Gollub, PhD

Elisa manages the Healthy Stores Refrigeration Grant Program and aids in program management and evaluation.

Winnie Crouch

Winnie leads invoicing and compliance for grants.

This position will provides administrative and analytical support to the Office with grant program development, grant administration, and analysis from the application process through grant agreements and management.

This position performs a variety of administrative tasks and special projects to assist the Special Assistant in carrying out their administrative duties and responsibilities.
